That don't look pretty...
you could try some muratic acid. Using a eye dropper, place drops of the acid on the smeared aluminum, this will eat it off and not hurt the plating, let it sit and bubble, it will do the work, when it all turns to grey bubbles, wipe off with a rag and repeat if needed till its all gone.
wear gloves and dont breath the vapors from it bubbling, its nasty stuff, it eats aluminum, so dont get it on anything you dont want gone, you can protect areas you dont want touched(aluminum) with a smear of grease!!

I guess I should have told you guys, i live in the middle of nowhere with no hardware stores or anything like that here, closest one is 300km in each direction
And this acid, if i can order in some, will not affect my steel sleeves either?

It can also be found at building supply/lumber yards. It will not hurt the liners.
With that acid it will take forever to clean that kind on mess. Just bore/hone it again cause it's steel sleave.
Edit: Actually, do you have wiseco pistons? With wiseco's you need good clearance with iron sleeve cylinder. I think it would be good to get used nicasil cylinder.

Wear protective eye wear when using muratic acid. Not sure if it will eat that off? Good luck.
