Hey guys,
Im new to SRX's and have a couple questions. If the sled is over reving will that make the temp light blink ? It hits 9G and it starts to blink. I know its only suposed to run at 8500 , I cant remember what the pattern is. And can someone tell me the piston sizes of the big bore motors. I just bought this from one of my freinds and he bought it from someone who supposedly raced it. This one seems to have a little more compression than another one I put together for someone else. I am wondering if the heads are cut alot or it has a big bore top end on it. Thanks alot, Chris

Overrevving will not cause it to blink, it is blinking a diagnostic code at you. Chances are it is the powervalve fault code, but you need to take note exactly what it is blinking and look it up in a service manual or ask here on the site. Definately do something with that clutching though, 9000 is WAY off the powerband on an srx if it has the stock cdi.
