Hey guys. I getting closer to getting my viper setup for this summer. I am not sure thought about the rear suspension. How many wheels am i going to have to add and where????? Also is there any way to suck the suspension down a bit?? All the help has been greatly appreciated!

I would add some wheels up by the bend on the rails.Remove your slides. You can add a shaft in the rear between the rails and use a strap and suck the it down using a strap from the shaft to the upper arm by the shock.

Easiest way to suck it down is just simply add more plastic shims to the bottom of the transfer rods, when the sled is compressed this gap gets bigger, by placing more shims on the bottom is squats it right down, then adjust front limiters and the track will sit flat.

Hey guys does anyone know where I can get a Asphalt track and skies for a good price in Canada?

I am in New Berlin, WI. I have a car i run down at Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove, WI, and i am just going to run the sled for fun!

Wouldnt the top side of the transfer rods need the shims? When you sit on the sled, the top area of the transfer rod gap gets bigger. maybe i am just not understanding you correctly?

No, the top gets smaller the bottom below the bracket grows, theres a bolt in the end of the rod, remove it and have someone stand on the bumper and install bigger shims. takes about 2 mins to do this.

You dont need hardly any travel at all on asphalt the stiffer the better.

Maybe if you come over to kauakauna(Wisconsin Intewrnational Raceway) I could help ya out.I live about 20 mins from the track.
