I have a 98 SRX and I just got my track with 1.25" Lugs. The Company I bought the track from told me that it might hit something and cause problems to my coolants and gouards. Will it be ok?

you can run 1.25 in your srx without studding it. You have a few options:
run it and let it rub in on the tunnel and heat exchanger protectors, notch out track where the protectors are, or remove protectors. All of these options have been done and everyone has a different opinion on which is the best method. I personally removed my protectors when I installed my ripsaw on my viper.

When I put my track I notched the lugs that would've been in contact with the protectors.

if you want to stud it,put 8t drivers and you will have no issues but if you don't want to run studs do like the guys said take out the protectors or notch the track and you will be fine.
Ok, thanks guys. I'll install my track in the next couple days. I'll let you guys know how it turns out. I was asking because they said the 98 model might not be able to switch the track but SRX 2000 models and up have no problem.

I put a 1 1/4 Ripsaw on my 98 SRX 600 and didn't have to remove anything. The Viper was a different story.
