Guys, Just purchased an 02 Viper with only 1150 miles. Sled is in great shape, very clean. Kept inside year around and is all stock except for 144 pics. I was looking in the sled garage for ideas to put my personal touches on it. I opened about 30 guest shots and only about 10 had pics? Kind of goofy, anyway could some of you send me some pics or post pics please. I am thinking of blue or chrome windscreen, Maybe blue or gray skid plate, blue shock covers etc.... I plan on leaving the motor and skid alone for now. How is the gas milage? Is it as good as my SRX was?
Thanks
Blue

they are a great sled, change the seat to a high rise boss or at a minimum, have me install an srx seat foam.

fuel milage is not as good a an srx. find some ohlins for the front. friend has a like new delux tank bag and rear saddle bags for it make me an offer and ill tell him.

install offset cat duallies, they require a little modification but work great. get the longer ones.

i have a black coul that you could bolt on.

1 more to go!

Yes, the stable is building! Got to get ready for next winter! Maybe 4 stroke later closer to fall. Highmiler has a nice vector that would work for my wife.
Thanks,
Blue

I think you will enjoy your Viper. Here are a couple pics of my blue windy and skid plate. G.B.

i also have a blue skidplate and a blue chrome windshild with strobes and an amsoil sticker on it. skidplate was like $90 and windshield was $75 how about $100 shipped for the pair

Viper king, No thanks, I will keep it in mind. I see in your list of mods you have head light covers. How do you like the headlight covers? how do they attach? can you remove for night riding or do you need to? Thanks

I run red headlight covers on my viper er, they attach with velcro, so taking them off @ night is as simple as grabbing them and throwing them in the trunk. I have tried to run them at night just to see how bad it really is.....if you don't like to see anything they are just fine at night...lol. You will have to take them off at night. Here's a pic of my viper...even though it's the wrong color for you

Here's my 02. Chrome windshield, blue skidplate, blue Simmons ( looking for a set of black loops to replace the red ones ). Also running blue headlight bulbs and a couple of blue LED's in the ram air scoops, which gives it a different look.

HEY BLUE BULLET...

Although I love my blue windy...I'll admit on cold days during a few lake runs it does get cold...the Max Hand Guards do help out somewhat...I also placed a Blue LED in behind my Speedo..looks slick at night...that is if yer into that...
I'll admit for performance addons...Heat Exchange, Torque limitor and Transfer rods...are good starters for bigger and better mods to come, that is if yer into that aswell...
Anyways heres a pict and kudos to you and your Viper
