Revalve Shocks: Who at Pioneer should I talk to?

I want to get all shocks in my 03 Viper revalved and I hear Pioneer does a great job. Who should I ask for when I call and what is the phone number?

Bruce is awesome to deal with and does great work. Also very fast turn around. Great place to get work done.
 
I'd be curious to hear how you like your new valved shocks...
I've been thinking of doin em aswell in the future...
 
I will get them done and let you know. The summer is the time to take them in. I wished I could test them out
 
Bruce at Pioneer revalved some KYBs for my old Venom. The differnce was very noticeable.

Bruce revalved my rear shocks for my Viper and our SXR 600, it is a very noticable difference. I wouldn't ever call it great, but a huge step forward from stock.

With the weather in MI 87 degree, it's funny to think about sled stuff. Sleddding is great fun.
