Anyone know where i can buy ski shocks for MM700 2001? I want to get longer shocks to get the front higher. Does the Viper front shocks fit?

We have Viper shocks on both of our 99MM700's. I think they are about 1" longer than the stockers.

Call Bruce at B-Line Control and he can either mod your current shocks or sell you what you need. In any case he can also rebuild and revalve to your sled, weight and riding style.

If you are going to use the longer Viper shocks, you will have to get the longer radius rods (four), longer steering rods (two), and the longer sway bar. You will need this from a sled that has the wider front suspension such as a SX-R or a Venture (trailing arm model). The trailing arms should be OK. These parts from a SRX will not work. Slightly narrower ski stance.

pioneer perf sells the kit, and cb perf sells a reallly nice kit without the shocks. You will need a wide sawy bar or shim yours too. Maxdlx

Installed some viper shocks last year. Bolted right up. Had to adjust ski's but that was it. Probably affect the whole geometry of the ski setup but sure rides good and gets the bellypan a bit higher. Plus $600.00 is a quarter of what my sled is worth.LOL. Seen a bracket on E-Bay that bolts to the bulkhead to give more height also. Interested on how that would work.

I live there too, and I bought a sled identical to yours today.
