Ive got a 01 700 SXR 121 Skid and was wondering what was the biggest track you can hammer on there without running into problems. Theres a 1" with studs on it now.. I was thinking 2" and take out the saver's on top of the tunnel and 8 tooth drivers.
Or is 1 1/2 the biggest thing iam gonna get on there?

if you go down to 8 tooth drivers and tunnel protectors you should have no trouble clearing a 2" track.

same project for my 2000 sxr but with 1 1/2 ripsaw I remove tne front protector but should I change some gears ,maybe go down 1 ?

If you are running 9-tooth drivers just go down one tooth on top. If you are going down to 8 tooth drivers, either leave the gearing stock or gear up one tooth if you want a bit better top end. 8 tooth drivers lower your ratio and make it a real stump puller
