I have an extra blue Cobra windshield that I want to cut down like the Apex shield and sand the blue off and paint White.
Does anyone have a template they could mail me or if they cut their viper shield a template of that would be great? What tool to cut works best. The do and don't to have a good cut?
What should I use to take the blue off on the inside? I thought of just sanding, clean and repaint?

I don't have any answers for you, but when you paint it, make sure it can't flex. The weight of the paint can make the windshield flex some if just set on a flat surface, and then the paint creases. Maxdlx

Dont have a template but what i did for mine was to pull the black rubber from the edge then put masking tape on the outside and pencil sketch a shape I was happy with. Then i cut it using a jigsaw. The cut was pretty smooth just did a little sanding to smooth it. Then i glued the black rubber back on.
