we have tryed hauck and cpr 780's bb's but we keep cracking the sidewalls any one have a fix to this.... we can only get about 1000kms or less untill she blows i hear about people ridding them for 3000kms before changing pistons and rings.
what do you mean cracking the sidewalls? cracking the cylinder at the triple port exh ports? or in the cylinder itself? Also what size jetting have you been running in them? what grade gas have you been running on a constant basis? do you have a pic of the damage or better yet top of the piston?

Don you haven't seen any of these bigbores before have ya? lol!!
same thing happened to my buddies big bore.Thank's to Don everything is straighten out.It's kind of funny how Don has to fix all these other performance shop's work.
