did stock ssr's have 44mm power jets or 40mm power jets?

what about 77 srx, were they 44mm?

i have a set of 44mm power jets and i'm trying to figure out what they are off of or what they are worth? They are off of one or the other.

SEEMS THIS QUESTION COMES UP ALOT. 76 440 AND 77 SRX USE A .40 mm POWER JET CARB. SSR USED A .44 mm POWER JET CARB. NOW, YAMAHA STAMPED THESE BECAUSE THEIR PER MODEL AND THERE WAS A LEFT AND RIGHT. 77 SRX WAS 8F2. SSR WAS 8H0. 76 SRX WAS 8A7. THEIR WORTH ALOT IF ANY OF THESE #s ARE ON THEM. 3:16 (yammie tony)

Tony's right and if they are Yamaha carbs the numbers should be stamped just below where the choke plunger screws in on the engine side of the carb. The prefix 8F2, 8H0 or 8A7 should be followed by a -00L and -00R which designates left and right.

I know. They are hard to find. The SSR is the hardest sled to restore. Parts are gone...Dean-o
