What year Enticer?

Could someone please tell me what year Enticer 340 this is, 8T6. Thanks.

I have an 8T5 chassie I use as an engine test stand for ET engines. It was originally an early style blue hood ET300 with a green stripe in the decals. I think it is an 82 chassie maby 81. So the 8T6 could be an 82 ET340??? Call your dealer he should be able to tell you right away if he is any good.

Sorry I was off on that VIN. I rechecked it, It is 8j6-027665. Thanks.

It is a 1980 ET340D. Starting serial # was 8J6-025101. E-start version was ET340ED with starting serial # of 8J9-040101.

No problem, I have the Yamaha service manual for the ET340's with all the suppliments up to 1980. I have a place here in town that will copy them with laminated covers and comb binding for about $20. I have to get one copy made this week for another guy so if you need one let me know and I will have them make 2. I also have alot of parts for early Enticers, Exciters ect.
