Im happy to say in back on blue again.A couple years ago i sold my viper s. Last winter I didnt want to spend a lot on a sled so i picked up a 99 mach z with dynoport pipes and v force reeds for 1900.00.I couldnt get the thing to run right from the start, wouldnt pull rpm.I took it on my first trip of the year to powassan ontario and was cruisin on the lake at about 80 mph,i hit the gas and BOOM!!! There was smoke, metal and antifreeze everywhere. The rod broke and sawed the case in half.Junk, parted it out. Then for the second half of the winter i picked up a 98 arctic cat sno pro 440.The very first ride the motor blew, the retainer clip for the piston pin fell out.Sold that and lost my arss.Im happy to say im back on a 01 yamaha srx 700 that i got on trade for my dirtbike + some $$.If it runs like my other srx's ive had i know my troubles are behind me.I always learn the hard way!!!

So your the guy!!!!THE COPS HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE SON OF A GUN WHOS BEEN MELTING ALL THE SNOW OFF THAT POWASSAN LAKE SON.Said the name on the door was blueblooded.Welcome back.. did you ever go any were??

Welcome back.I tried leaving once too and bought a brand new cat and still had troubles, lol
So I went back to the old dependable yamie's

Thanks,im glad to be back.I never really stopped coming to this forum because even though i owned a cat and a ski doo i missed my yamaha's.

you are blue blooded and that will never change...lol.I have had a couple of ski-doo's in my life, never really cared for them .Got my first Yamaha back in 1978 and never looked back.Really like the reliability of them myself.Still I ride in an area of mostly Ski-doos and Artic Cats.Don't mind though, when they see me and my SRX..they stay away from me.

Good ol stompin tom the only guy i recall to right a snowmobile song.....................there was a newfie snowmobile song that was good to?

If you guys know something is good, why leave? lol I just don't get it. I put on a lot of miles a year, and dont like missing trips because of broken crap that has to sit on the trailer, so i ride Yamaha. Simple as that.

When I was in the market to buy another sled after being away for a bit I looked at a few different ones one being a Wildcat 700 that my Yammie dealer took on trade.I'm not going to lie and say I didn't want that sled as I had a cat before and didn't know any better LOL but as soon as I started the 700 SX V Max sitting on the floor, that I eventually ended up with,I thanked the rather leinient Yamaha Power Lease finance company and never looked back glad I made the choice I did.I almost made a mess right there in the dealer showroom when the sound of that tripple filled the room.Makes me feel funny all over just thinking about it now. ;)!
