I'm setting up a 78 exciter 440, for oval vintage racing. Was wondering what a good setup for the clutching, 102c. Stock is a silver spring and f-2 weights(54Gram). I know theres alot of variables, but if anyone has a good setup, or a good starting place would be fine. 3/8's and 1/2 mile track. Thanks.

gearing

depends on what you weigh, mine engages at 4200 and it's doggy at the line. my buddy engages at 5200 and beat everyone to the first turn. we are both geared the same. we weigh in at about 250-260 lbs though. (each lol)
