With your new sleds coming in consider buying a cover that will protect your investment rather then just cover it.I just realized that I've never spent any real time explaining why the Skinz covers are better then OEM covers.
Skinz Cover: Available in 2 sizes for standard sleds and long tracks and can be saved for other sleds after you sell due to it's unique "universal custom fit".
OEM Cover: Covers are very specific and usually only fit only 1 model line up.
Skinz Cover: Made of a material that stretches over your sled and aftermarket accesories. Because this cover stretches "road flap" is pretty much eliminated.
OEM Cover: Made of canvas that just lays on your sled and will not fit adapt to aftermarket accesories. When trailering the cover tends to flap and scuff up the painted surfaces on your sled.
Skinz Cover:100% Waterproof
OEM Cover: Not waterproof at all
Skinz Cover: Covers the front of your snowmobile down to and over the ski's protecting the front suspension and acting as a slush guard.
OEM Cover: MOST do not cover more then just the front spindles.
Skinz Cover: If you were to accidently put a hole in the cover you will not have to worry about not using it. The material will not allow the hole to get any bigger if you use it to get home. Each cover comes with a storage bag and a REPAIR KIT.
OEM Cover: If you were to put the same hole in a OEM/Canvas cover and tried using it to get home from your riding spot most likely the hole will be mush bigger and shredded.
The fact is you spend between $8000 and $12,000 on a sled that you take pride in why not spend an extra $50 and REALLY protect your new sled from road debris.
If you really stop and think about it the Non Waterproof version of the cover is cheaper then the OEM covers and provide more protection, versatility, a snug fit and durability.
Covers come in Black, Black/Red, Black/Blue, Black/Yellow, Black/Silver, Black/Orange and are available in Waterproof and Non Waterproof versions.
