Looking for an aftermarket primary clutch spring, with preload of higher than 45kg. and final force of around 128kgs. I am presently using the YWY long spring but require more preload. Does anyone make a spring near these specs????

Thx I was just looking for info on spring rates and who makes them. Would probably prefer to buy new.

jabber, Bender makes a Yellow/ Pink primary spring that is 50 preload and 127 total force, but it's for pre 98 YXR clutches, you will have to use their 8mm shim kit for it to work. Also they make a Orange spring that is 55 preload and 135 total force, you will have to use the shim kit with spring to. Hope this helps. Dave

Just remember that because of the higher total force, you will probably over rev.

Won't have any problem solving that one. Just be nice to get another test run in before the races on Sat. to make sure we get it close.
you get one test pass at a cosdra event.
