Hairline cracks on both sides Will a weld job hold up or isn't it worth it?
If not anybody have one in good shape for an '00 SRX?

if u can get a decent welder it should. ive welded 2 my self but im also a pretty good welder. but if u ahve it out and having it welded u should ahve some gussets added. if u can find a pic of the W arm i think its from bender it will give u an idea. it may be by some one else tho. some one else may chime in

i have a guy that does welding for me and have had 3 welded so far with no problems. he's a professional welder though so he knows what he's doing. none of my welded ones have broken yet. i don't jump my sled hard but i don't shy away from a good drift or snowbank now and then.

Maxximum performance made one's but they went out of business.Have it welded and put some gussets in it and it will hold up unlss your an extremely hard rider it will break again.
I think there is a tech page on here with directions to reinforce it. I think every Proaction Yamaha has a broken W-arm or one that has been welded. good luck

I think that "BETHEVIPER" has a very good repair procedure on here somewhere.
I have the same problem with mine. If I find the procedure I will post a reply to your thread and include it.
