Anybody have and good ways of fixing atv plastic?

14-18 gauge(Pending how strong you want it) aluminum sheet metal held in place with pop rivets and washers on the back side. Aluminum is much eaiser to form and wont have to worry about it rusting. You basically form it to where the crack is, once that is done pull the 2 peices of plastic together and drill some holes for the pop rivets then put the washers on the back so the rivets have something to grab. Not the cleanest looking fix but if you do it half way decent it doesnt look to bad and it works.

buy 14-16guage wire the color of your bike, drill same size holes on either side of the crack opposing each other. Tie a knot in one end of the wire, start at the bottom and pul up through, sew up the plastic grabing the wire at the bottom side with plyers to tighten so the upper wire isnt marred. end the stitching on the bottom side and tie another knot in it and slide it tight with the plyers.
this has worked so good on many of my wheelers and bikes over the years. when you wreck again the break is actually stronger as it will give a little and share the pull. another way that isnt as strong is to use pull ties in the same manner, it seemed i was always stretching them or breaking them durring a ride. the wire lasts for ever and can be tightend if needed.
