Anybody know offhand is a skid from a 04 RX1 mountain will bolt into a SRX tunnel without too much trouble. Gonna longtrack this fall and Im exploring my options.

Tunnel widths are different. You may need to cut the shafts down to get the suspension arm width correct for it to slide in the tunnel. I have a RX-1 Mtn & Viper skid sitting here and can measure if you want me to.

If I remember right, when we put Clifford's RX-1 suspension in Jr's SRX we had to use the old upper rear shaft from the SRX suspension. Not sure if that applies to the RX Mountain suspension as well? It sounds like thats what Allen was talking about though.
Let me know if you want me to keep an eye out for skids or any other parts you need at Hayday's. Or you can just come with. I think my brother wants to go too but I doubt he'll be able to. So far it's just me and Jr. going for sure.

You could just start a new thread, that would be the best thing to do.

cacsrx1,
Not sure if you're interested, but I saw this 144" M-10 while looking through the Swap Meet on SnoWest. $600

I will sell RX-1 rear skid for $200. It's from a 2004 RX-1 Mtn. You'd simply have to swap a few shafts & idlers and it would bolt into the extended SRX.
