Shock Rebuilding

Where's the best place to send shocks for rebuilding (Pioneer)? I have a set of Viper rears off of my dad's sled that need work. He is a big guy and they are shot. He needs a big boy spring and a rebuild.

What does this normally cost-ballpark figure?

I have heard nothing but good things about Pioneer. I am getting ready to send my Viper shocks to them for a Re-Valve. Their Re-Valve is supposed to be somewhere between the original and the soft ride shock up date. Here are their prices:

Re-Valve - $44.95 each (includes re-build)
Rebuild - $40.90 each + parts if necessary
