pre filter fabric

Anyone know where i can get some prefilter fabric to put over my vents on my sled and make one for my airbox.

In the end it will save you time and hassle to just call mountain performance and order the prefilters from them. IMO. But no I don't have a clue where a guy could by random bulk pieces and make your own.

slp has universal pre-filter pieces. I think like an 18" x 18", or something like that.

pherifex or textilene is what your looking for. its what a lot of guys make their own lightweight mesh hoods out of.

I have Outerswears airbox box cover and 4 3 1/2in round covers for my MPI cold air intake kit on my Viper. The air box cover is somewhere around 20-$25 for the water repellent version. Heres there site:

is the pherifex or textilene breathable as in doenst restrict air to get under hood?
