need help with a car.
1993 intrepid es 3.3, problem it wont start.
battery test good
starter test bad, replaced. still wont start
hook up battery and it seems like it has a current draw, will turn over very slow, about a 1/8th turn and starts to click, got it to start one time, and never again. interior lights dont come on, but I have head lights, blower motor, dash lights, everything seems to work inside.
this car was a rebuilder and was rebuilt 10 years ago, but the last time we used it was 2 years ago, because of this starting problem, thought I would get around to it someday. I'm not totally inept, but not very car savy, wiring problems give me fits, other things i'm ok. Any help, well, it would really help.

i can find a fixer up kit 
boom!!!!! try a diff battery. it may test fine but once you put load on it doesnt hold up. the battery may have an internal shorted cell

Check the grounds to the chassis and engine.
