Wanted to share some pictures of a new ski that will be coming to the market. I got the chance over the winter to ride with an old friend from college who had been working on a new ski design. Tried it out and was blown away with the performance of the ski, the way it cornered, side hilled never darted. We got to talking and he could use some help getting things to market and further development. Wanted to release some CAD models of the ski to see what everyone’s thoughts were. We have been talking with Excel Motorsports about maybe becoming a dealer. Last year Aaron got a chance to test these skiis on some Yamahas and had high praise for their performance. Aaron thought he could get some pictures of the model up next week on his website. The official release of the skis will be at the Big East Powersports Show Oct. 5,6,7 where there will be prototypes available to preview and take orders. Links to the company website should be available through Excell's website next week.

I got to put quite a few miles on in pretty much all conditions. We had some decent powder for NY anyways like 3 ft and the skis floated very well, and noticed a huge decrease in turning radius. The skiis were also very consistent when transitioning from powder to hard pack. I would say they were a good all around ski, they had excellent floatation in the powder, handled well on hardpack and definetally excelled in loose snow conditions. It felt like you had a lot of feedback as to what the sled was going to do, not slide out in a corner and hope it grabs in time

I heard about them

When Aaron at Excell Motorsports was testing these on his shop Phazer FX he called me right up and was really excited about how well they worked. I have not seen them yout but I am anxious to check them out!

I had heard that the colors will be offered in black, white, blue, red and yellow, nothing is finalized on that. As far as price its a premium ski and will be comparable to other high end offerings from C&A, USI etc.
