I was just wondering if srx pipes would fit without any modifications on a 2002 mountain max 700 and would it be hard to get these pipes dialed in with the right clutching/jetting setup?
Yes its hard, forget it.

1.) they will not fit the chassis, the headpipes will not even come close to bolting up to the cylinders, 2.) the bore and stroke of the engine is completely differnt then a srx and it takes differnt pipe dimensions to work with the engine, would be just ALOT easier to buy a used set of pipes for your sled chassis/motor.

a good used set of bender pipes you will be in business. alot of pipes laying around for this sled.
I was told bender pipes made the most HP out of all the pipe companies for the red top motors.
Dont even try it, No engine or exhaust parts will interchange between these 2 sleds.
