Shouldn't. If you are jetted for the mods the attac should adjust the carb pressure accordingly.

Do the ATTAC units work well? I'm thinking of putting one on my SRX. I ride around 1000 above sea level in the midwest and also up to 10000 in Wyoming

I have owned 3 ATTAC's, 2 one MM and 1 on a Mtn SRX. One MM was heavily modified and one bone stock. The SRX is also heavily modified. Just be sure that you include all your mods in the main jet selection process. The ATTAC leans from that main jet baseline. yam apex91469, yes ATTAC's work great but they have limitations. I don't remember the details so you should research the limits of the operation of an ATTAC. Seems to me that they can only compensate for up to 10k ft of change of altitude. While 10k ft of change may cover your riding, you will be on the extreme end of its capabilities. On the down side, if you invert your sled, the vent lines fill with fuel and must be drained before the ATTAC will work again. Holtzman make an automatic vent line drain but I have no experience with them. Hope this helps you.
