should I move the rails back to fit a 151 track?, or should I put rail extentions in? which is the better way to do it? attack angle?

Everything I have read is that if you relocate back a few inches that is a good thing. I know when I longtracked my viper the Hartman kit had me relocae the skid back about 4 inches. Just my .02

You can go back to a max of 8" from the drivers to the tip of the rails and still be safe from spearing. However there is a price. The track clips rattle off the tips of the rails, the ride is different because the transfer wants to lift the front of the sled too high and the sled looks funny with the skid back that far. I did my first mountain sled this way and never could make it work right. Couldn't control it under heavy power. I had the best luck with about 2" of space between the drivers and the rail tips. Used rail extensions to make up the needed lenght. My $.02.

What year, if later model with the lower angle I say rail extentions are the way to go.
