Tony, I heard you were the man with setting SRX's up. I have a 79 that I picked up the other day. I am planning on taking it to the local grass drags to do some vintage racing and hopefully whoop up on some bigger sleds. I was thinking about notching my weights (how much and where at?), gearing it down 2 teeth on the top sprocket for 500ft, jetting down the mains 3 sizes or so, and putting about 48 1.075 trail studs in the track. There are no rules so anything goes. What RPM's should I shoot for? Thanks

Comet Clutch I believe
I believe it has a Comet clutch on it. It has a real thin cover on it.
