I am finally ready to re-assemble my motor after losing a crank bearing last season! I have been reading the many posts on assembling your motor on this site and I have found many great tips.
There is one question that I have that does not seem to be covered in posts on TY or the Yamaha shop manuals that I have. When placing the crank in the case are you supposed to orientate the three bearing stopper rings (big c-clips) so that they equally engage the top and bottom case halves?
