yes
you can get longer aftermarket transfer rods,
but i made some extension cylinders ( outside diameter of shaft, inside diameter of bolt ) to extend the transfer rods. then make/buy nylon bushings to create the recommended gaps on top and bottom ( when you are sitting on the sled)

go with the longer rods, mounted in the rear hole.
your straps should be long enough, 99 and older short travel sleds have short straps
rebuild the skid so you can take advantage of the extra travel while your doing this.

just put it all together. it seems to really get stiff when it couples up. i have the thicker set of spacers on the top. what should be there?

read my article below, it explains most everything. on a long travel suspension, there is no need for a thick spacer, it wont allow enough travel.

Just did the swap. My sled only had 1400 miles & all the bushings were trashed. Read his write up about it. I think if you pull out a bushing or two you'll be shocked.

this sled i got must of been greased really good or just driven slowly on trails. only bushings that were sacked was the front shock
