Where's the best place to by aftermarket parts for SRX.

Looking for windshield (blue), belly pan protector(blue), runningboard inserts.

Try Highlands Yamaha or Port Yamaha, both located in the mid-west. Both dealers have online websites for discounted Yamaha stuff. Also Ronnies.com, which is out of Vermont, I have dealt with online many times and usually have good pricing.

Keep in mind though, it is sometimes good to support your local dealers, even if it is a couple bucks more.

I don't know about SRX parts specifically, but I have supported some of the preferred vendors on this site and been happy.

I'm more enclined to support some of the venders on this site. Most dealers around these parts are crooks when it comes to aftermarket and oem parts.
