Anybody nows if the 8ED footrests from a sxr will fit insted of the stock 8DF footrests on my 2001 srx? Is it a direct fit or do you have to make any changes/drilling?

worse case would be a few new holes.but they will fit forsure.

Thanx for the replys, and thank you betheviper for the offer but as I live halfway around the planet I hope I can find parts nearby. It will be nice to have the flatter footrests and I have a set of sxr shocks that I will use to longtravel it. And last winter I put in 4.5g rivets dalton 51/43 helix green sec.spring@60* but still overrevs a so I have to try with a www pr.spring. I´m very satisfied with the performance, none want to race me. With longtravel, quickrods, flatter footrests and a handlebar riser for standup riding. My friends will never catch up.

Just fyi sxr shocks will not just bolt into the front of an srx (unless you only got sxr shocks for the rear). You can make sxr front shocks work in the front of the srx, but it takes some fab work.
