I'm just curious about Boyesen reeds, and whether anyone recommends them or not. I cannot afford V-Force reeds like I was hoping for, and wondered if the Boyesens might be a good investment over stock.
Thanks
Also, anyone here using USI skis? What kind of a difference do they make over stock?

I'd skip the USI's and go with C&A's for trail riding. I'm rather opposed to a rocker ski after owning C&A's for several thousands of miles. Rockers will dig into the base on a trail, and will find traction, but will also scrape the top layers of snow off. A flat ski has an easier time of finding traction, and has less of an effect on the trail. In powder, flat is the way to go too!
As far as reeds, Yamaha units are built very well, if yours are worn, it's worth it. If not, don't! I liked what Carbon Tech reeds did for my 500, but you may have to lean out your jetting a little bit. Good luck!
