I just installed my torque limiter took me like 1 min, just bolted right up, even with the gay alen key bolts.
I read on here that you supposed to re align the clutches ?????
this dosnt make sense they never moved, i didnt have to lossen any motor mounts.

The motor is set crooked from the factory to make up for it twisting. When you add the torque limiter you set it straight (SRX Specs) because it doesn't twist anymore.

I also just installed the Yamaha engine torque limiter last night. However, since I just threw my motor back in the sled on Sunday, all of the motor mounts are loose. You can still move the motor a small amount in a horizontal plane to align the clutches. The torque limiter restrains or limits the motor against vertical movement. I would double check the clutch alignment specs that came with the mount. G.B.
