What is the best way to do this as far as trying not to get any air in the cooling system? The exchanger has a bleed screw,so do i just take out the cross pipe and put the exchanger in its place? Do i need to lift the rear of the sled to keep from looseing coolant? I have never done this, and did not receive instructions. Anything would be helpful, thanks

Raise the back as high as you can. Take the hoses off at the pipe, not the runnig board exchangers end. I also had to drill a new hole in the tunnel for the air bleed screw on the new exchanger, not in the same location as the pipe one. I installed the exchanger and also refilled the coolant from the bleed hole as well. Took a while to fill but no air bubbles.

I tried a trick that seemed to work pretty well to get the air out. I took coolant cap off and put compressed air nozzle on overflow tube on coolant tank. Had a friend put a little compressed air into tank (he had his palm over the cap hole) and cracked rear exchanger bleeder (with back end high like acnas said). When I couldn't get any more out I let it warm up and than tried again. Repeat until no bubbles.
I ran all season with no troubles.

I helped Yamachris with that and it did really seem to work easily.
