Gonna pick up a new pair for the season. Any suggestions? Anyone using FXR Fuel gloves?

I got some (dont kill me for this) Ski Doo gloves that I simply took Doo patches off of so I have some "no name" black gloves that are very comfortable and very light weight.

I ware wind stoppers no matter what the temp, heated grips work better with a thinner glove.

I got a set of AC gloves last year in Muni. They have the set that goes inside another. Rode in -22 weather and hands where fine with no hand guards. Maxdlx
I have the 05 FXR gauntlet glove that match the race jacket. The gloves are warm but the nylon pulled away from the leather on the fingers. Maybe they have addressed this issue on the new 08 gloves.

I'm looking for warm and dry in our winters which are usually between +2 and -10 and tend to have lots of heavy wet snowfalls.

Best gloves I've used are made in Boise Idaho. www.tnagear.com. I have a pair of storm cuff and a pair of the short ones. They can become totally soaked, wring them out and carry on. Next best is a pair of artic cat leather long cuff gloves that are just a little bit warmer. I only use them when there is no risk of getting them wet. I carry fleece wind stopper gloves and they work OK but the ones from Idaho are my favs. Hope this helps you.
