Pulled out my brothers sled from storage,It only wants to run on 2 cyls.Center pipe is cool after running her,going to check everything out.

We tried new plugs but center cyl still not firing.

are you getting spark in the center cylinder?? just thought i'd ask the obvious lol
1) check for spark with a new plug,
2)check for fuel, is the plug wet? if not, try spraying a bit of gas in the plug hole, if it runs on that cylinder but quits after the fuel is burnt, then pull and clean the carb
3)if you have spark and fuel but still won't run, do a compression check
4) if the compression is good and you have good spark and fuel getting to the cylinder in question but still won't run, then I would check to see if you had a broken piston skirt

I thought the "key" word in the first post was is "was just taken out of storage", so I guessed it would be the carbs are dirty and the pilot jets plugged up??????? just my guess as to the description provided.

Pulled out carb rack took carbs apart seems to be clean.Compression is good,also checked resistance on plug boots one has 4.965 komhs,9 on the other and i cant get a reading on the last one.

Forgot to mention that after foging and stayblizer added i drained the bowls.

I ran my srx out of fuel and i had a hard time getting it to run again this fall. I ended up just putting gas straight into the cylinder a few times to get it to run enough to get some fuel flowing.

Its a pilot plugged.
I just went through this on my ol srx.
My center cyl pilot was totally blocked. After a good cleaning, runs mint again.

CARBS, CARBS, CARBS and maybe its tha carbs......oh and I would clean tha carbs.
The second thing would be to clean the carbs.....dont just look and say they are clean.

Take another look
Throw the plugs in the caps and ground to engine & see if all have spark, if so than as everyone says, go through your carbs...really not that intimidating, blow dry them out, adjust your floats, put them back on & your good to go...let us know how ya did...

Im not intimadated the carbs are spotless inside.Replaced sparckplug boots all is good now.Thanks for the input.
