I just got a new 1 inch hacksaw for my 99 srx.I'm thinking about 144-192 studs in the center only.I'd like some input on length and amount you guys have used .Also what brands-woodys,stud boy... The sled will be ridden aggressively on the trails mostly.

check with Rich @ richmotorsports.com I got Roetin Hornets 1.08 on my hacksaw they worked great all last season no bends no breaks. My track was pre-drilled for 144 don't know if yours is the same or not.

I agree with the 1.08" roetin hornets in the hacksaw. My srx with 192 of them in the hacksaw hooked up AMAZING. Did lose a few tips but nothing big at all.

i have 1.175 warthogs in mine, got the drive axle in and the clearance is good, seems to be good penetration to, we'll see how it does this winter on hooking up

Yea that will definately be good penetration. You will be able to flip it backwards...i've done it. Careful on low snow conditions though, or you will be ripping out and bending studs.
