I was talking to Aarron @ Excell Motorsports last week, and apparently they have experienced a few incidents of the lower swingarm mounting bolts that pass thru the big bushings fatiguing and breaking on suspensions with high miles/cycle numbers. As you can iimagine, if you were at speed when this happened, it could be unpleasant so to speak. They have come up with an inexpensive fix which appears far superior, and is a relatively easy retrofit.
For those that aren't aware, they also make a brace kit for the upper portion of the swingarm, that reinforces the skid laterally. I do not believe AD Boivin is offering anything similar to either of these items from the factory. I thought this should be posted, as to me, this is a safey issue.
