I want to put a set of cat bars on my Yammi, but don't want to mess up the grips that are on them.... Anyone have a solution for the on piece throttle block that has to slide off the bars? I was thinking of universal throttles or something, but haven't found one yet. Maybe someone's used another brand's or another model???

Thanks!

btw.....my sled is a '98 MM 700...

I ended up cutting the ends off my m-1 bars and putting the yammy grips on and adding 45 degree bar ends. I hear the cat heaters aren't that great and wasn't sure on the compatibility with the variable heat selector set-up on the yammy.

The two cable flipper makes it tough for a direct fit with an aftermarket two peice block. I also looked and found I would have to go to a 1-2 cable set-up like on the 04 Vipers and the Poos.

Older viper's are the same block and the 04 viper's appear to be one piece. I believe the Polaris blocks from an edge are indeed two-piece. Obviously cat blocks are also two-piece. Lots of options, you just need to find the right cables or have some made. If you don't have any luck here, try posting on Snowest.
