Hey guys, almost ready to put my rebuilt pro action back into the sled.... I did the bushings, oversize wheels and a new set of slides on it. I have 2 questions..
What should I adjust my limiter straps to? I would like it to be set up for some friendly drag racing so should I run them loose or tight? I've never touched them before and when they came off they were quite loose (not sure if the bushings being shot had anything to do with this)
What should the front shock preload be??? It is very loose right now, as in like a half inch gap between the spring and the plates.... mind you the shock is out of the skidframe and fully extended... not sure of the adjustment on this...
I know i'll have to dial it in when its back in the machine but some rough guidelines for a decent race setup would be nice, specially since its warm inside and a lot easier to work on lol.
Oh and I weigh 250 lbs if that helps
Thanks a lot
