Ohlin Front Shocks

Anyone know if a front set of Ohlin shocks type 36PC (PN ya-350 / Yamaha #GYP-8FA91-10-00) fit the front on a 2004 MNT Viper? Any changes required to radius rods/etc.

Any help is appreciated.
