limiter straps

If any one could post pics of where the limiter connect on the suspension it would be a great help,the viper i just purchesed did not have them on,another question i removed my manifold to give it a fresh coat of paint when i reinstall should i torque down the manifold and if so what are the specs there are a few nuts that were hard to reach would probably be hard to geat a torque wrench on .
