I just installed a Hauck Viper clutch kit on my sled. On the stand, it engages at 4500 rpms. Do you think this thing will be rough on the shoulders?

I started with Haucks kit. Put some DN20 weights in there with 2 4.5 rivets & 15.6 rollers and realy feel it come alive. Heal Clicker probably better but this works great and is cheaper and simpler. Engagement is around 4000 but pulls stronger out of the hole all the way up. I have 200 carbide studs.
