Can a center rear shock(A arm- small one) from a short travel SX suspension be used in a Viper?
I would guess that you could use it, but i would not recomend it.
On second thought, Im not sure if this logic makes sence, but on a viper, the back shock would be long travel, so the rear front shock would run out of travel before the rear, causing the front to bottom out alot, and probably break/bend the bottom shock mount on the rear front shock.
my buddy built a suspension out of a bunch of parts we had laying around last year, and he put a short travel rear front in and a long travel rear shock in it and it did have a brocken shock mout this year so...
bottom line, even if it can be done, i would not recomend it. find a long travel shock to put in there, you be much better off.
hope this helps
