Well figured I'd snap some pics, and also ask a few questions.

Did alot of stuff so far on the sled. I put reed spacers on, and new ski skins. Dropped out the skid today, inspected all the boggie wheels all seem fine and spin well, so bearings are ok, pulled out my Shock, but I need to pick up a tool to take the spring off. Looks like I need to order a new shock Bushing too. Put new sliders on the skid while I had it out, I am just waiting on the track, have a 1.25 Ripsaw coming but could be another 2-3 weeks before it gets here.

Also painted my Exhaust, I had some High temp paint, so I sanded down the pipe and cleaned it off and sprayed it. Doesn't look amazing, but looks clean at least.

Pulled off the primary and Secondary clutches, and that's where I have the questions. I'll post the pics, but What I am looking to see, is if the rollers and arms look fine for wear. I did notice that one of the rollers does not seem to spin as freely as the others. Would some lube loosen that up? Hopefully the pics show better.

Now I also ordered some SRX Ski Bumpers, but only one came, didn't realize it was sold only as one. Heard this was suppose to eliminate darting the same way that shimming it does. But I also have some questions on shimming the steering, is that something thats done on these sleds? Or is it more for the pre-trailing arm Vmax's?

How many miles? Don't use lube on your clutch, that will only make it worse. Try cleaning it with brake cleaner. As long as the rollers spin smoothly, are round and not loose on the collar they ride on they should be fine.

15-16 000 km's.

They spin, don't seem too loose.

I don't use any lube on the Clutch face's, Usually clean them with a Small green scratching pad, and then follow that with a spray of Brake cleaner and wipe it off.

I'm just trying to see if any parts need replacement. I just took the secondary apart, and the slides where the Helix slide on, seem to have some deep grooves in them, is that typical, or should that be replaced?

If it's engaging right and back shifting tight I'd just give them a good cleaning and run it as is.

K thanks, I didn't really notice much last year in how it engaged. I am putting new Springs in, so I wanted to inspect and make sure everything is fine.

The plastic things the helix in the secondary rides on I think is what maxdlx means.

Ohh Right, well I don't think they are actually Plastic, didn't look it to me, and I checked on an Online Yammie dealer, they where 11$ each. Still won't break the bank tho. The rollers are about 30$ each tho
