94 vmax 600 reverse into a 97 600SX?

will this reverse kit fit into my 97 600SX?

thoughts? a TY member has a reverse setup out of a 94 vmax 600. Will this bolt into my 97 600SX? Are these the same motors and drivetrain? Yamaha changes motors more than I change my underwear, so I can never keep track of all the different variations they have.

I know the 97 600's, while still a twin, had a different bottom end case with different motor mounts. It also had a different exhaust. Can't comment on the drive system.

took a quick look at the rev kit for 1997 and it looks different than the 94 so off hand id have to say your 94 kit wont work.
