seems like I'm not getting any gas, is there a rebuild kit for the fuel pump
99 srx 800 and can I use any fuel pump off a triple????

Might double check and make sure not sucking air on suction hose to pump. Also might check vacuum line from case to pump, before getting pump.

I think you can buy a rebuild kit from dennis kirk or Hi Perf or someone like that - It's a big piece of rubber and a plastic gasket - I've rebuilt the fuel pump in arctic cats before. I'd check my hoses first or look for a blockage in the pickup or in the tubing first.

my brother goes thru a new pump in his mtn cat almost every year. and my friend has one also and has the same problem.

Buddy of mine had one pump quit in his vmax-4. Of course it fully quit at about 90mph on the lake. Those two pistons were ugly when we tore it apart. It still sort of ran on the other two cylinders and pump though. So yep they will go bad sometimes.

Yes they do go bad, but i wouldn't buy one new there are used ones on the site all the time from people that are parting out their sled. Just pick one of those up for $15-$20 bucks.

I don't think you can get a rebuild kit for these pumps , i searched for one two years ago and came up with nothing. used is probaly your best bet.
