Problems at Bender ?

I sent my head out to Bender a month ago and havent got it back yet , called once a week since i sent it , i keep getting different excuses . has anyone else had trouble with getting parts from them? . Ive been pretty reasonable i think . i just wonder if im getting stroked or not ? . They told me 3 day turn around a month ago .
 

I am not sure about what is going on there, but their web site is still under construction like it has been for most of the year. G.B.
 
I almost forgot, try and contact the thesledsurgeon here on TY. He knows some of the people at Bender and lives really close to the place. Maybe he can help you get an answer. G.B.
 
I had mine in 3 weeks. It was sent to the Canadian bender in ONT. I think they got the exchange head from the US though. Maybe they are real backed up.

Yeah I just called them a little while ago , theyre swamped over there he said . I dont mind waiting if theyre busy . i was just getting a little nervous since snow is in the forecast . I never meant to accuse them of being fishy , Im just antzy is all . They have been very helpful with every question Ive had for them . Im glad theyre busy its good to hear theyre still keeping going after their changover .
Thanks BuffaloBob for checking for me . i feel kinda stupid now for starting this post .

It never hurts to ask questions. I would have done the same thing if they told me 3 days turn around and could not give me an straight answer or estimate when my head would be done. You are the customer...... G.B.
 
I have been waiting for my Tekvest that is a month overdue. It sounds like they are behind on production but I will be checking on mon. for sure though. If you don't speak up, it could take that much longer. My .02. XC
