Thanks.I bought this sled last Feb and it was in a little bad shape.Ran it to the end of the season,then started to order parts for it.This sled from what I can tell must have been sitting out side and not covered in the summer.The skid basically was shot,so I replaced the whole skid with one from a 2001 SXR from Exciterfan.Updated wheels,w-arm,has max. perf transfer rods and marginal wheel kit to.Replaced every friggin bearing in the entire sled,new
bushings,track,ski's,fixed the seat(repair some rips and replaced the 4 snaps.),HC's and clutch work,windy,air box,and some cosmetic things.It only has 3400 miles on her,probably will do rings and or pistons next summer,maybe some porting to.Just waiting for snow so I can do some testing to sees how she handles.
