hey everybody!
my gf just bought an 00 SRX 700
so i felt it would be right to get an account here, instead of relying on my snowest account lol for real information anyway.
my first question is, for those who have long tracked your SRX, what rear skid did you use or what do you prefer. next year we plan t put a 144 on it since its AK and trail riding is kinda obsolete where we like to ride..
thanks a bunch, billy

Hartman out of Nampa Idaho make very good kits. www.hartmaninc.com
He is reasoably priced too. I would just buy a complete extension kit and find a 144 track used.

After putting 144 rails & on my 98 I'd say go with the Extn's. I've dealt with hartman & recommend using his products. He talked me out of buying parts I didn't need. How many businessmen would do that? One other thing you might want to do is, I put Viper trailing arms & spindles on the frontend. This will help get the frontend up out of the snow. Also long travel shocks front & back to get the hole sled up will help when you get off the trail. I first put LTshocks then the arms on mine & each step made a big difference. Good luck

Nice T-arm there JayAre . . .
I have tried that mod several times before, but never had much luck with it . . .
Got a story with it?

if you go with rail extensions go with Tracksusa, WAY stronger than the rest, and when you get them you will see why. Definately the most quality rail extension. I'm not sure who the best tunnel extension is anymore. I always used maxx perf but now they are out of business. Maybe hartman or SLP, someone else can probably guide you better on that aspect.

I'd look at the 141 ac skid on here 4 sale, and just set it back 1.5 inches for 144. There is a member on here gadethrasher who makes really nice and strong tunnel exts. Be a really good boondocking set up. Maxdlx
